Returns & Refunds
We hope every Ivana Gibson purchase satisfies and delights but are pleased to accept valid returns via our simple process.
- All items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original purchase condition with original tags still attached with no signs of being removed and re-attached. We do not accept final sale items.
- We accept returns shipped back to us within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Goods for return must be posted at the customer’s expense, unless the good was faulty, or there was dispatch error by Ivana Gibson. If it is the case, please contact our Customer Service immediately and an evidence photo has to be provided.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email once our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the garments only, unless the good was faulty, or there was dispatch error by Ivana Gibson. If it is the case, please contact our Customer Service immediately and an evidence photo has to be provided.
Preparing Your Return
- Please return goods in the original packaging, sealable, and waterproof packaging.
- contact us at contact.ivanagibson@gmail.com. Including your order number (a four-digit number you can find on your order confirmation email), the email address used to place the order, reason for return and the last four digits of your mobile number.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address. Please include a paper with your order number and the list of items want to return on it in the return parcel. We will issue the refund after receiving the parcel.
