Order Status

 

  • Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to the provided email address with an order number for reference. Please kindly note, you cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed.

 

 

Pre-Order

 

It's the perfect way to secure your dream item and make sure you get it before it’s gone again.

  • Pre-orders will be processed upon checkout but shipped at a later date. We will send you confirmation once your Pre-order is on its way.

  • If your order also contains an in-stock item/s, these will be shipped with pre-order item/s together. In case any delay of pre-order item/s (regarding the estimate ship-out time) Ivana Gibson will ship-out the in-stock item/s first and cover the shipping cost of your Pre-order item/s that will follow as soon as they are back in stock.

 

 

Shipping

 

  • We offer international shipping to most destinations, excluding war zones and certain areas.

 

  • We try our best to ship all parcels from our Shanghai warehouse within 5 business days upon receiving an order (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Any orders placed on the weekend and bank holiday, will be processed starting the following business day.

FEDEX STANDARD: 7 - 13 WORKING DAYS

HONGKONG SF-EXPRESS:  3 - 5 WORKING DAYS

 

Shipping Costs

FEDEX STANDARD: 25 EUR

HONGKONG SF-EXPRESS: 6 EUR

We offer FREE delivery on all orders placed via our website, over the value of 250 EUR.

SF-EXPRESS is ONLY available for orders from HONGKONG. (Due to the measure of COVID-19 this shipping option may be modified.)

 

Note* Estimation of shipping times do not include the 5 extra days we need in order to process an order. Shipping times are to be taken as an estimation and for your information only and that we cannot be held responsible if a parcel was to take a longer time to reach you.

 

  • For pre-order goods, please refer to shipping times quoted at the DETAILS. 

 

  • Shipping times may change during peak and promotional periods. Also, please kindly note that our estimations delivery times may be affected by the Covid-19.

 

  • If any imponderable event occurs and as a result the parcel cannot be shipped out within the 5 normal business days, our Customer Service will contact you via E-mail. You will then be able to choose between either to wait for a few more days or ask us for a refund.

 

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation notice to the email address you provided us with, once the order has been shipped out. (as a result, please pay close attention when filling your email address information)

 

  • If your package’s tracking number indicates that your order was delivered but you are unable to locate your parcel yet. Please notify the carrier directly in order to file a claim and launch an investigation with them. Once your claim is filed, you will receive a claim number from the carrier. Please contact our Customer Service at contact.ivanagibson@gmail.com with your claim number. Only then, will we be able to take next steps in assisting you solving this issue. Please kindly note Ivana Gibson will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the carrier or the customer.

 

  • We reserve the right to adjust delivery methods without preliminary notices. Please kindly note that we do not deliver orders directly to post office boxes or parcel lockers.
